Well if u want to wipe everything off, then u want to format it, not defrag.
For this to happen, u can back up all of ur data on a separate hard drive. Then the windows installation disc in ur CD / DVD ROM drive. Go in the BIOS settings of ur laptop and check that the boot order gives priority to CD. (If u dont know abt BIOS, dont mess with it until someone knowledgeable can handle it coz its a very sensitive of the computer.) after that once the format wizard u have to (i) delete all the (this is actually the into which ur hard disc is divided. (ii) re-create ONLY the in which u wish to install ur windows, this will be formatted once again to make it ready to use and then installation will Once installation is complete u should install a reliable antivirus software at the first instance and secondly install a system cleaning software like RegInOut to regularly sweep away all the trash which slow down ur laptop with the passage of time. Together, these 2 softwares will help to keep ur laptop in good working condition.

My backpack is the (very good and sturdy) Big Student, 17.5" x 13" x 10.12", 2100 cubic inches. He carries a 3" binder (which is actually narrow for a 3"), a 1" binder, and usually 3 paperback text books, like full size workbooks, so maybe 2 inches total. He also puts folders into the second zippered pocket, and glasses, etc into the small front pocket. And kind of a tight fit in the main pocket with the binders and text books. I think your mom may be right, that it will be too small to hold your items when you have a text book. And the point of a backpack if you put in all your stuff?
If buying at a store, take your stuff there and try it out. But if buying online, I would also check the measurements, because they seem to be different than what most sites have for the various Josh styles. And on those sites, the measurements also seem to be a bit off. See if you can find the same backpack on another site and check out the size. Maybe if buying online they have free return shipping?

If your going to do this at home. Make the repeating copy then crop onto a C and remove the letters that will not fit. Print onto vellum paper and cut out if you want to make a hand cut stencil.
